Winemaking : harvest in early September. Direct pressure and bleeding of red vats. Settling and fermentation at low température. No malolactic fermentation. Sterilizing filtration before bottling.
Tasting : soft pink color. Delicate nose with flowers of cherry and vine peach. Pleasant palate with aromas of citrus fruits and gingers .
