Terroirs : large pebbles with black clay, sands.
Age of Vine : 55 years.
Area : 1,50 ha.
Viticulture : organic farming. Ploughing, Cordon de Royat pruning. Compost of sheep for soil life.
Winemaking : harvest in early September. Direct pressure and bleeding of red vats. Settling and fermentation at low température. No malolactic fermentation. Sterilizing filtration before bottling.
Tasting : soft pink color. Delicate nose with flowers of cherry and vine peach. Pleasant palate with aromas of citrus fruits and gingers .
A fashion design rosé.
Wine and food pairing : aperitive, grill, pizzas, seed salads and vegetarian dishes.
