The wines are made by Agathe, Hélène and Pauline, with heart and accuracy!

As in the vineyard, the philosophy is to let nature do its work. The vinification methods are traditional and well thought out: pumping over, punching down, then maturing in concrete vats and half muids (600 litre barrels in French oak).

Rigour is applied to the quality of the grapes and the hygiene of the cellar. The result is the original aromatic expression of each plot.
At the crossroads of strength and fruit, the wines are authentic, elegant and rich.
