Rocamadour as a spread

Ingredients

– 2 slices of gingerbread – 1 sweet and juicy pear – 2 tbsp. onion jam – 2 small rocamadours – 1 tsp. coffee pine nuts – freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Spread the onion jam on the slices of gingerbread. Spread the gingerbread slices with onion jam. Cover with a few pear strips, then place a small rocamadour on top. Season with pepper, divide the pine nuts and broil for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
