Ingredients:
- 2 slices of gingerbread
- 1 sweet and juicy pear
- 2 tbsp. onion jam
- 2 small rocamadours
- 1 tsp. coffee pine nuts
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
Spread the gingerbread slices with onion jam. Cover with a few pear strips, then place a small rocamadour on top.
Season with pepper, divide the pine nuts and broil for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
