Fontavin estate is a station family owned property, with its own cellar, located in Courthézon, in the Côtes du Rhône, between Orange and Avignon.

Hélène Chouvet is an oenologist and she took over the vineyard from her parents for ten years.

Location

Stretched over 40 hectares of vines, in 7 different villages, Fontavin estate has got a wide soils diversity and so is able to elaborate an exceptional range of fine wines:

   The Crus :
           red and white Châteauneuf du Pape
           red Gigondas
           red Vacqueyras
   The famous natural sweet wine : Muscat de Beaumes de Venise
   The Côtes du Rhône : red wine, rose wine, and white wine
   The red table wine "Le p'tit dernier de Fontavin".

You will be able to taste our wines in Courthezon, where you will be welcomed with conviviality and professionalism. Our tasting cellar open from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). We can welcome groups by prior appointment to visit the store house and taste.

We invite you to share through our wines, a mix of humility, magic, renewed work. Because the wine is not a common product, it’s the result of man's labour, associated to soil and know-how in harmony with nature.
