Traditionnal White grape varieties of Cotes du Rhone :
- White Grenache 60 %.
- Roussane and Marsanne 40 %.
Cultivation Method
Vine age : 20 years.
Vine training techniques : cordon training.
Vineyards conditions of the contract : soil maintenance, no chemical fertilizer, remove buds.
Productivity : between 33 and 45 hectolitres/hectare.
Elaboration

Grapes pressed put directly in a pneumatic press.

The juice is cleared out then ferments at low temperature (between 16° and 18°C).

Sterile filtration before bottling on next spring.
Tasting
Nose : aromatic fineness (fruits and white flowers).
On the palate : round and freshness without acidity.
To serve with :
- Apéritifs, coquillages.
- Truite aux amandes.
- Saumon en papillote.
