Mix of white Grenache (70%) and of Roussanne (30%) issued from two different soils:
- Big shingles left by the Rhône during Quaternary mixed to red clay, which accumulate sun heat and release it at night. Grapes reach a high degree of maturity, and concentrate with the mistral (north wind).
- Terraces made of silt and sand.

Vine age : 30 years.
Vine training techniques : gobelet and cordon training.
Vineyards conditions of the contract : soil maintenance, no chemical fertilizer, remove buds on spring.
Productivity : between 30 and 35 hectolitres/hectare.

Elaboration

- Grapes are manually cropped and meticulously sorted, then put directly in a pneumatic press.
- The juice ferments at low temperature and each grape variety is convert into wine separately (tank for Grenache and oak barrel for Roussane).
- Sterile filtration before bottling on next spring.
